  2. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  1. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  2. For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.
  3. Delays may occur due to courier service issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you make payment.
  2. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or above a certain order value, as mentioned on the website.

5. Order Tracking

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

6. Failed Deliveries

  1. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
  2. A re-delivery attempt may be made at additional cost.

  1. Royal Swad ensures proper packaging and handover to trusted courier partners.
  2. Once shipped, any delays or damages caused during transit are the responsibility of the courier service, but we will assist in resolving such issues.
